They're mostly discontinued here in the US but Cabe toyota is selling for $175 and $10 shipping and Grant from battle garage can order you one from Japan, if needed. I have an extra brand new one I picked up in Japan myself but keeping that just in case.

Are you certain you need one tho? Honestly, they don't 'break' that often and mostly you just need it re-calibrated with an OHM meter and a measuring gauge per Toyota's spec. I just re-calibrated mine a month ago...
