A 94 tercel base model throttle cable worked on my ST 20v, dont think much will change if its a BT...well its a cheap and easy part to find at your local boneyard, it shouldnt cost more than 10bux...hope this helps

i used my stock 16v one when my swap was done.

Stock, non-cruise 16v cable works fine.
