Kouki Levin front light harness.

Postby JOshua a » Sat May 25, 2013 12:37 pm

I'm looking for a complete front harness if possible. Or separate parts of it if possible.
It's for a JDM kouki levin front end. I need the connectors/ harness connectors both male and female, and wiring for the fogs, corner lights, and bumper lights, including connectors. If you got it a complete harness, that would be a bonus

Not to derail your post, but you don't need a levin harness. It's fairly easy to get everything working properly.

- Levin headlights plug directly into the usdm headlight pigtail (plug'n'play).
- Levin corners (2 bulbs). USDM corner bulb/socket is a direct swap for the 1st smaller levin bulb. For the 2nd larger levin bulb grab a ae86 (or equivalent) brake light bulb socket/pigtail from a junkyard (direct swap on levin corner light housing). Tap the running light and ground wires from the larger corner light to the corresponding wires on the smaller corner light from the usdm harness.
- Levin fog lights. Bring them to junkyard. Find (2) two prong headlight pigtails (or pigtails from probably any Toyota fog light) that will fit the levin fogs. 2 prong headlight pigtails are a common size. Wire the lights up to a switch or tap them into the running lights.
- Levin bumper lights (2 wires). Cut wire plugs off the end of the levin bumper light harnesses. Cut wire plugs off the end of your stock usdm ae86 bumper light harnesses. Connect usdm wire plugs to the levin bumper light harnesses. Levin lights don't use the running light feature so you only need to connect the ground and turn signal wires (just match up the wire colors).

I knew about the head light harness. I knew the one corner light plugged in. I'm missing the other bulb.
That junkyard idea is good, but I work 6 days a week and don't have time to go to the junk yard. That will be last resort.
Thanks for your help.

i'm selling a complete usdm light harness off of my kouki hatch i'm parting out. i have the part listed in my for sale thread. asking $125
i used my existing usdm light wiring harness when i converted my coupe to a levin without any problems. also, as a tip i went on ebay and purchased a piaa light harness for my fog lights in order to run a pre-made wiring harness with a relay and fuse. it's cleaner and safer. if you look closely, some piaa connectors are the same style prong and push right into the levin fog lights.

hope this helps some.
