WTB: MAF Adapter!

I know I could buy this flimsy thing off ebay for $10:

But I'd rather get a decent looking one, maybe even with a used filter attached from a member on the boards. Regardless I need the adapter bare minimum, I have a filter or two I could use, so throw me some offers!
