sivertop itb's flange

am looking into making my own intake and to cut time i wanted know if anybody makes the flange(s) that bolt to the itbs

I dont think you will be able to find the flange you are looking for. another route you could take is to find a bare silvertop manifold to chop up

do you need the plate between the head and ITB's or the oem air box flange where it bolts to the ITB's?
i have the middle section between head and ITB's
