This car is an original AVO 49 Escort RS2000 Mk1. It's the real thing! Not a replica. Ford only produced 4500 of the cars in the early 70's. Most were raced and rallied and only a few nice genuine examples remain.
This car is in perfect condition. The buyer will not be disappointed. Engine is freshly rebuilt, less than 100 miles, ported and polished with Kent fast road cam and twin weber carbs, produces over 158 bhp. This car has all the paper work including all MOT paper work and receipts. The receipts go back to the early 80's.This car is registered with the AVO club in the UK. This car is the nicest RS2000 you will find! I imported this car in 2008. Comes with 2 sets of wheels and original Intake and carbs and original radiator. You will not find another one of these cars in this condition. The car is available for inspection.
