Here is some info on the s13:
Base model, manual windows and locks.
STOCK ka24e. 5 speed.
Just recently had a tune up. New plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor.
Oil change done every 3000 miles.
140xxx miles.
Never abused, always babied the car.
Great driving car. I drive it as my daily every day. Just did a couple 2, and 3 hours trips with it.

All tires have about 75% tread.
Water leak.
Rust. The left hinge for the hatch is has rust, but is still intact.
Few spots of rust on the exterior of the hatch.
Above the drivers side window in the trim there is a spot of rust.
Cracked dash.
Bumpers have sun damage and could be re painted.
Installed aftermarket speedometer since the stock one went out.
