We are in the process of making JDM Coupe Wing replicas!

I have been working on a project over the last few months called Battle Garage Racing Service.

We have finished developing our +30mm AE86/TE/KE rear flares as well as our OEM Zenki lip reproduction. The flares are very similar to Run Free and Origin flares and the quality of our parts is second to none. These are very, very durable parts. We have tested various different recipes for the resins to find the right balance between being flexible and maintaining shape over time. We intend these parts to be the first and last lip or flares you will need - even after bumps, scrapes, and including impacts. Please check out our store to read more about them.
***Flares can be mounted in front of AE86 as well, and maybe TE/KE but I haven't been able to verify. Trimming will be required to fit whatever front bumper you are using. We unfortunately cannot provide this service because of all of the variations in kits and bumpers out there but the flares are easy to work with and won't crack when being modified.***
We have updated our storefront to allow special pricing if flares are purchased for front and rear as a set.

All of our FRP parts are made of this flex material. We instructed Alex to twist hard, these parts are not flimsy!

This is very preliminary but we have started the process of making reproductions of JDM Coupe trunk spoilers/wings. I have been wanting one for my own car for quite some time but they are just too hard to get a hold of.
Other Corolla parts are in the works...and they are not just aero parts

is the zenki lip flexible enough to fit the kouki bumper?

They both are the same lip, same exact dimensions as Zenki lip. The kouki has tabs for mounting below kouki bumper, like you would do with a real Zenki bumper. Our "Zenki" one just comes plain as it can be fitted directly up against the bumper with out any special brackets or tabs.

I can make front fender flares depending on how much interest there is. I personally like the look of flared OEM metal up front with a smoth rear flare in the back, hence why I made these. But if there is enough interest I can look into making a front set too for a discounted price for a set of 4.

Do you have pics of the coupe spoiler Is it the TRD type or JDM type spoilers, or maybe both

If you order soon you would be in the January batch. I'm not sure when the next batch will be.

The coupe spoiler is the JDM short one. Trd coupe replica wings seem pretty easy to get.

just confirming, but the lips are the same material and flexibility as the flares in the video correct? if so then by the time you see this post is it too late to order for the jan batch? cuz im very interested. thanks

Morgan I'm still trying to figure something out for us.

My86, the lips normally will come with a white or black gel coat (smooth) that is ready for paint. Our advice is to blot paint on with a sponge or put a wrinkle finish on it like you see on engine valve covers some times. I am also looking into seeing if the paint that we used in the product photo would be suitable for being left out in the sunlight for a long time. I will keep you updated.

Hey man, are you gonna be making the TRD coupe wing or those OEM ducktails? Please be the ducktails. I know those were made out of rubber originally but fiberglass bolt ons would be perfect!!

How many people would be interested in an adapted Rocket Bunny wing made to fit AE86 coupes?



I am already working on a RB wing for S14's so this wouldn't be too hard to do if there is enough interest.

Don't worry I'm already in the process on making Rocket bunny wing for the AE86 coupes. Will be ready next month .
