CNC machined intake for 16v small port 4age- just add your choice of plenum and weld together

This intake was designed and made because i was unable to locate a well designed intake for a small-port 4age that flowed well

This intake is my spare as I had 2 made, the original is on my KP Starlet race car, it flows way better than a factory plenum off an AE86,

With a RWD from and AE86 I was making 217kw at the rear wheels on 16pis - This plenum increased the the power to 243kw at 16psi and makes 217kw at 13psi.

Reason it is for sale is I have no requirement for a spare plenum and it has been gathering dust on the shelf

I only made 2 these and only have one for sale

I am currently working on a version 2 and I am more than happy to make a number of these if required

The new plenums are being machined out of one solid block of alloy and for a complete plenum that you just bolt on the car it will cost about $2500 NZD.

For the the runners machined out of a solid block it is $1050 NZD Dollars, you make your own plenum cover

The reason for me making second version is I am learning the CAD system and wanted the challenge to see if I could make one out of a solid block of Alloy and also improve the airflow, H/P on my turbo charged 4age
