how much for the entire throttle body shipped to 93060? Mostly need the Idle Control Valve if you wanna take it off and just sell me that

Does this have the 42mm Crankshaft?
If so, how much plus shipping for the crankshaft to the UK?

If you are going to take it apart, I need all RWD water flow fixtures, pulley, fan, timing, alt & bracket, starter,etc. Basically all peripherals to get a bare shortblock running in RWD mode.
