For Sale are a rebuilt 4ag(z)e engine - parts - misc. (very low mileage)
All parts come from a car that was, unfortunately, rear ended only 15k miles after a complete restoration, and since repair costs were not practical I am having to part out the car. All major ancillaries were replaced with new oem Toyota parts at the time of the rebuild, and also have no more than 15k miles use (that includes such things as the a/c compressor, alternator, water pump, oil pump, etc.). All sensors are completely functional and have been double checked by multi-meter for proper resistances. Most exterior parts were either bead blasted, polished, clear coated, powder coated, ceramic coated, or a combination of these.
The entire engine was professionally machined by one of Seattle's top auto machine shops, with some slight modifications, and assembled w/some specialty aftermarket parts for efficiency and bullet proof long term use in mind. All moving/friction parts had an anti-friction coating applied, including the piston skirts, valve lifters, bearings, and thrust washers. Other parts has different specialty coatings applied, such as heat dissipation and oil dissipation coatings. There is just under 15k miles on the restored engine.
The basic engine block assembly w/head can be purchased as a whole or separately, such as the head assembly w/intake manifold, the connecting rods w/pistons and rings, the block w/crank, oil pressure sender, oil pump, water pump, etc., and the flywheel w/clutch assembly (the clutch was a new Exedy organic Stage I w/oem pressure plate for better feel).
I have included pictures of the assembled block and head just before installation a few years ago, along with many pics of the various ancillary parts in their current condition. Some of the machine work, etc. that was done during the rebuild is as follows:
the head was match ported to the intake manifold, which is included,
the head was port matched to the oem exhaust manifold;
a five-angle valve job was done for improved flow,
bronze manganese valve guides were installed for improved anti-friction and longer wear,
Supertech SS standard size undercut valves were used for longevity and improved flow,
Toga hi-temp valve seals were used on both intake and exhaust valves;
ARP head studs were installed,
head was skimmed for flatness,
block was skimmed for flatness;
block was bored and honed to match new +.5mm oem pistons,
new oem +.5mm pistons and pins were innstalled,
new Pauter forged connecting rods,
crank was polished and oil passages radiused,
new standard sized ACL Race bearings and thrust washers,
new oem water pump,
new oem oil pump w/main front oil seal,
new oem rear oil seal,
new timing belt tensioner and spring,
new Toda kevlar reinforced timing belt,
new Toda 'Stopper' 1.0mm head gasket,
new ARP crank studs,
new ARP flywheel bolts,
new oem crank pulley bolt,
new brass freeze plugs,
oem flywheel was resurfaced,
new Exedy clutch cover,
new oem clutch pressure plate (to make it more street friendly),
entire drive line was balanced, including flywheel and clutch components;

very good 'super red' driver's side front qp,
very good condition t-tops (seals do not leak),

However, I so still have the nearly new Denso a/c compressor and bracket w/tensioner though if anyone is interested ($275 / OBO).
Also have a good condition E-51 transaxle available ($275 / OBO), and a couple of very good condition oem engine mounts (left and rear mounts) as well. ($50 ea.) The mounts have been discontinued by Toyota, so are quite hard to find in this condition now. I may start a separate sales thread for these in the near future, but feel free to respond here in the meanwhile. Almost forgot, I also have a nearly new MKI MR2 SC E-51 TRD right engine mount as well ($75), which I had bought off YJ a few years back. All mounts have just under 15k miles of use on them.

As stated I only have the a/c bracket, w/tensioner left, of all the brackets. The person who bought the engine didn't want the a/c so I kept the bracket/tesnioner combo along with the compressor.
