No there is no top mount you can adjust the height.
With these top mount you can adjust the camber angle.

huh interesting.... Seems a little redundant with height adjustable struts and everything.... interesting though. I've just been learned.

The top mounts that shows us the photo not change much the height of the vehicle.
Their purpose is to adjust the distance between top mount and upper spring plate so if it passes the shock large angles to do not knock the upper spring plate with the lower surface of the top mount.
I think these top mounts shows us are for very special aplications.
