I'm currently on 15". I don't own 14" wheels but I know some 14" depending on offset will fit without clearance problem. If your local around socal area I'm willing to meet up and take my wheel off to check yours.

Sir that's a close one. You might just clear it or a small 5mm spacer. Again if your in the socal area I'm willing to meet up and test fit your wheel. LMK or pm me sir.

His kit will fit with 14" wheels, worst case is that you might have to put a spacer on for the back spacing of the rim

new holes need to be drilled to the rotors to match the bolt pattern on the back of the hub and you can either machine the hub to comes to a 90 degree angle so the rotor sits flush or machine the rotors chamfer.
