POSSIBLE SCAM......BUYERS BEWARE......

Has anyone recieved anything from this guy, Phil Rinthalukay? He has a sale thread here with title "eastcoast spring cleaning Fun". He has been a member here for a few years and He seems like a stand up guy over text but then again how much can you know about someone just via text?
I paid him $30 for some brackets and also put down $187 for a deposit on a/c and powersteering parts but he never sent anything.
Now i can't get a hold of him; email, text, and phone call......nothing. it's been about a month since he quit responding. I have already recieved my deposit back via paypal dispute but he still owes me the $30 for the brackets as i had to get them elsewhere.
The reason i couldn't get $30 back via paypal dispute was because he convinced me to send him money as a gift so there would be no transaction fees. He also wanted to do the same for the $187 deposit but i wasn't comfortable doing that and told him i would pay the fees so i could have buyers protection.....thank goodness i did that.
I gave him plenty of time....our correspondence began on May 23 2016 and i filed my dispute a couple weeks ago mid july. After 10 days paypal never heard from him either and i won the dispute. I still have all our text msgs and paypal details.
I hate that it has come to this but as another member here pointed out i should reveal who he is in order to maybe prevent anyone else from getting scammed . I just wanted to fill you fellow 4ag members in. I don't know how the other buyers transactions went but this was how mine went.....buy at your own risk.....you've been warned.
