My compressor bracket does not fit with the oil filter sandwich plate I have...

The AC compressor bracket that you have is correct for an AE86. You must not have the correct oil cooler sandwich plate.

I was looking for someone selling the part (I didn't realize it didn't exist), and now it seems like I need a different filter sandwich plate. I can now just change the title to "4A-GE oil filter sandwich plate" and it will be fine.
