It's been many months in the making with this kit, but today i'm able to release the Ultimate T50 Rebuild Kit for sale.
The kit contains custom made caged needle bearings specific for this kit as Toyota Japan no longer stock the bearings. The 5th gear idler bearing really is an obsolete item. I looked everywhere for almost 2 months straight. Having them manufactured from scratch was the only option.
This is what the ultimate kit looks like:

6x mainshaft/countershaft bearings (All Japanese branded items, Nachi, NSK & Koyo)
5x Synchro's (1x for each gear)
12x Jellybean/Tic-Tac needle rollers
2x Front and rear oil seals (input and output shaft seals)
1x Bronze bushing rebuild kit for the shifter mechanism
4x caged needle bearings (idler bearings for 1st, 2nd and reverse gear)
1x Split cage needle bearing (idler bearing for 5th gear)
Not Included:
1x T50 gasket set - In my experience these paper gaskets are prone to leaking. I've better luck using Permatex/RTV silicone to seal up the gearboxes
