Does the OEM horn ground itself through the metal bracket? I'm asking because when I look at the wiring diagram it seems like 12v goes to the horn and the switch in the steering wheel grounds it.
The previous owner of my car put in a new horn and added a separate switch for it, so I might get that OEM one and get it working the right way.

EDIT:
Here is the circuit from the manual.

It looks like that horn you have grounds through the metal bracket, but that doesn't make sense according to this.

As far as I can tell, the bracket is just a bracket, nothing more.

Unfortunately I do not, I never installed this on my car. It will require brackets to be made for it to mount to.
