4ac 7 rib block?

Why do I have a 7 Rib 4ac?

Because 4AC's have a 7 rib block.

do you know without a doubt that the block is original???

It might be accurate, after all the last 4AC was about 1987/88 if I remember correctly

It isn't the original engine. I have the head off because of blown head gasket and noticed the seven ribs. I suppose yhis block will be worth keeping after I do the swap.
