Machine shop olympia through kent

Postby Ratranger » Thu Sep 29, 2016 11:08 am

Ok, I have bearings, pistons, rods, a stripped block and am ready to look at machine work. I need the block bored, and decked, crank polished for oversize bearings, and balanced as well as a 3 angle valve job for a small port head.

I searched the forum for recommended shops and everything I could find is old. Google doesn't have many shops pop up and while Bud's is highly reviewed I have seen where they had to farm out a 4a crank before because it was too small for them.

I wish I had that kind of money. I asked around with some people I know and I think I will use Auburn Auto Machine. They were recommended by a few mechanics I know and they knew what they were talking about when I called them.
