cam spec's question

I'm looking for: Duration at 0.050" for both NA and SC cams. anyone have this? can i calculate this?

Here's what i found on-line:

Camshaft Calculations - Lobe Center / Duration
4AGZE SC
Intake 8/44
Exhaust 47/5
Lift 7.1mm
Your STOCK SC CAM has an Overlap of 13.00 degrees and has in Intake Duration of 232.00 degrees. The Exhaust Duration is 232.00 degrees. Your Lobe Separation Angle is 109.50 degrees. The Inlet Cam has an Installed Centerline of 108.00 degrees ATDC. The exhaust cam has an Installed Centerline of 111.00 degrees BTDC.

Exhaust 51/9
Lift 7.56mm
Your NA has an Overlap of 18.00 degrees and has in Intake Duration of 240.00 degrees. The Exhaust Duration is 240.00 degrees. Your Lobe Separation Angle is 111.00 degrees. The Inlet Cam has an Installed Centerline of 111.00 degrees ATDC. The exhaust cam has an Installed Centerline of 111.00 degrees BTDC.

I've been using 204 degrees @ .050" for early cams based on this listing from - http://www.cyberauto.com/index.php/ToyotaMR2AW11(85-89).txt It has been around for about 18 years.....
