crank sensor bracket

Im building a 7ag with Megajolt edis currently, but I'm having a hell of a time finding some bracket for the Crank position sensor Does anybody know of a website or universal ones?

Mounting has to be RIGID !! You don't want that thing vibrating or moving
around at all.

Or do it the easy way with factory parts.



You'll either need to laser cut a trigger wheel or buy one of the extras that I had cut. It presses on to the 4A timing pulley and just needs a few small tack welds to hold it in place.

It's a VR sensor, not hall effect, but yes. '96 and later OBD2 4A and 7A engines use this.

Do you know what the internals of the pump are like?
Do they have the same width gears as the late model good 4AGE pumps?

as the sensor on the crankshaft like that is much more accurate than the CAS/dist off the camshaft due to the cambelt,
and looking to do something like that in the future if the pump is up to the task.

inclined to think spark timing needs to be no less in sync with valve events. Dist/cas is direct driven by cam
Piston TDC should be in sync with cam timing either way.... verified by degree wheel
Way too many excellent performing cars out there on camsensor/cambelt. Dunno how "much more accurate" they need to be
