Danst mani and Yamaha carb, what is it worth?

Someone offered me a danst 4age intake manifold with some R1 Yamaha carbs. Have to make him an offer but have no idea what this is worth?

What do you guys think?

New the manifold is about 250-300USD. The carbs can be had for about 100USD on eBay. So if I needed it I would offer 200USD, and see what happens.
