I have a Toyota starlet 84 and I'm trying to swap the engine to a 4ag engine. i'm looking for advises or suggestions what 4ag will I need for this project and in what cars I can find it! thank you

Any 4A will work but since you are longitudinal it would be much cheaper and easier to start with a 16v. The largeport is the easiest since you can get it with a longi intake mani or source one separately.
A smallport would require a mani adapter or custom mani.
A 20v would most likely require moving the distributor or the firewall. Plus a lot of other stuff needs custom or bought aftermarket like water lines and stuff.
