HKS Camshaft Spec question!

Postby olive86 » Thu Jun 18, 2015 7:03 am

So I got my 4age motor with HKS Camshafts already in it. They have HKS 4age stamped into them of course...but they also have "403" and "TD09" or "TD04" something like that etched into them. Could anyone tell me what these mean? Sounds beefy though haha! Thanks!

Where?

Common area to mark camshafts is the end, as an example... below is a pair of Toda camshafts

Building a great engine takes knowing the end... before you begin :ugeek:

I think it best you call HKS direct. I've actually searched on your behalf and don't see this coming up on any HKS camshaft made for the 4ag engine. See attached URL: http://www.hks-power.co.jp/en/product_search/product/605

HKS usually has specs on the duration on the
Hex part of the camshaft in the middle
