i think im going to do a motor swap to my te27 corolla.

here are my questions.

how hard would it be to do a 4age 20v bt or st swap ? or would the 4age 16v be more plug and play ?

what are the list of parts i need? my car is a 2tc authomatic car.

also looking for some parts

Thanks

Any of these can be swapped into your Corolla (btw is it a "mango", or a "peanut") As far as plug and play... neither is because your 2T is carbureted, and neither of your options came that way. if you keep it carbed then it likely is easier to go 16 carbureted over either 20v

As to what else you'll need... T50 transmission is easiest, don't forget the pedal assemblies to run a clutch. Also you'll want to find the hydraulics for the clutch as well

IMO a big setback will be finding the clutch pedal and brake pedal assembly for the manual conversion...those parts are not readily available...then you need to source or make custom motor and tranny mounts, custom driveshaft, and then the wiring and plumbing. Thats just naming the essential...I think the best thing would be sourcing all the you need and get in contact with people who have successfully achieved what you are trying to accomplish before yanking stuff out :)
