engine swap help
ready to pull the old engine, but what do I do with the wiring harness that runs behind the cam gears there's like more than a dozen wires
Re: engine swap help
why wouldnt you just disconnect the entire engine harness from the engine before pulling it...

Re: engine swap help
I plan to but this harness goes over to the exhaust side of the engine bay and who knows where so if I take it off the engine it will still be in the way

Re: engine swap help
disconnect everything i plugs into and hang it over the passenger fender. dont have to take the harness out with the engine, unless you are ditching it as well. That part of the harness plugs into the dizzy, oil pressure sensor, and coil. maybe AC and PS, but i no got that ish. Everything is color coded and usually plugs into one spot, plus the wires are a predetermined length.
