uz manual trans swap!

okay so if i wanted to get a manual trans for an sc400 uz could i just use a transmission from a jz c300 or what. Want to know if this is possible or if I'm just dreaming Im thinking a manual v8 would be pretty sick XD

Do you mean from the manual sc 300? That would be a w58 transmission. And yes you can put just about any manual transmission behind a 1uzfe. But you will need a custom adapter plate and custom flywheel for any transmission you choose to go with none where bolt on unfortunately.

ok so any know any way i can actually get a custom flywheel and adapter plate? or something similar i can just drill new holes into?

if its the same as doing a manual 1UZ ae86 swap. I believe you can use a W58 transmission. Manual Swap Bellhousing. Hydraulic Throwout Bearing, 5VZFE Flywheel, and MR2 3sGTE Clutch. And a one off driveshaft.

Man be a stripper for a weekend, get the money for a Collins adapter kit, that way you can run w58, z32, z33, ka24, the whole shebang off one plate.
