I just picked up the jdm levin front end and i was wondering do i need the jdm radiator support because i noticed the jdm bumper brackets dont slide into the support. Is there any cutting and/or welding involved in doing the conversion or is it straight bolt on? Any help is appreciated

I guess you're changing from USDM to JDM? There are some differences because of the impact bar. On which car are you trying to install the Levin front?

Since you said your brackets are not sliding in the supports, my guess is you have a USDM car right?
You probably have little plates blocking the brackets from sliding further down?

Easy fix: remove the little plates. Just drill out the spotwelds (mind you, there are quite bit of them for such a small plate) of the plate and it comes right out
I had the same thing on my USDM car which I wanted to convert to a JDM front bumper.

The holes for the bolt of the new brackets are already there, so after removing the plates it's pretty much plug and play:

All the other things like the hood, headlights, fenders, etc, etc should be pretty much bolt on ;)

There should be 'long' bolts or srews on the back of the housing. With those you can ajust the reflector behind the bulb and adjust your lightbeam.
Be carefull though, a lot of them gathered some rust over the years and might not turn so easily anymore... ;)
