Hi I'm from Malaysia,
currently using 4 throttle but don't have normal engine idling, when my car is warm rpm will show at 1.5rpm and when its hot it will reach 2rpm. how can I make it normal like usual idle rpm? Is it the iscv? what should i do? and should i install ficd for my aircond idling?

May just be in need of a air/fuel or mechanical adjustment, or possibly a vacuum issue maybe, some more detail will help.

kinda sounds like he has a 20v 4age with ITBs.

Check vacuum lines, PCV valve, make sure intake manifold and stuff is tightly bolted with good gaskets. Your Idle control valve could be dirty. It could be linkage, etc.

4 throttle means individual throttle bodies.
