need advice on new engine to add

i have a 1988 toyota corrola ae92 stock motor and i need to put a new one what is the best quickest option for me to replace it i have a budget around a 1000 dollars help pls

20v silvertop, blacktop ECU, open itbs (with filter), don't bother swapping it unless you have the matching silvertop 5MT, its a bad match to AE92 SR5 5mT

its an ae92 gts and has the 4age 16v engine it it now so does a 20v blacktop fit right in?
