TE72 LSD

Hi guys

I'm new to the forums here. Anyways, I have a 1980 corolla TE72 and was wondering what I need in order to put in a LSD in the car. I don't just want to weld the open diff. Any tips? I hear with some mods you can fit in an AE86 diff

no mods needed find a complete gts rear end and as for the sway bar there is a marking for it that u only need 2 drill a hole and you can basicly put all of the suspension goodies for the ae to ur te except for the frt top hat for 80-81 yr only...

That's good information to know. But finding a GTS here in the bay area is kinda difficult due to all the wannabe Initial D guys. So is there a way to modify a LSD from an AE fit into the TE?

i think its weir performance that has spool kit and best bet is 2 find a complete gts rear end prefer zenki
