Put 4 injectors in from friends car that was running 4 years ago (injectors have been off of vehicle)

Car will start after hard cranking. surges to about 2k. will die after 3 or 4 seconds unless i open the throttle.

Pretty sure you should have a Check Engine light with the key ON. If you don't it is a sign you are not getting 12V to the ECU. You need to give it 12V on B, B1 and BATT pins.
