Man! Those parts would have turned my decision around to junk my Carina. You're about 6 years late on that.

Re: 7afe Oil Pump + 20v ?
I found the 7A pump oil port to block interface to be higher than the 4A. I went with the 7A pump on my 7AGE build for that purpose. To use the 4A pump on the 7A block without the possible restriction you would need to 'oval' the ports in the block and pump. It's a simple mod to run the combination,...

I'm selling my nitrous kit. It's a direct port, wet, 100 shot. It's plumbed for a 4AGE manifold. Will work with either big or small port manifold, the centers are the same. I have a modified FWD bigport manifold that's been drilled and tapped for these foggers as well. The manifold has been welded t...

Re: jdm 4age smallport ecu, sensors & wiring etc questions
Always a better idea to move the pins instead of cutting. As for the VSV, if it's the vacuum port you are concerned about then this is what I did. I drilled a hole in the AFM just before the outlet neck and after the flapper, and used JB weld to hold it in place. The pic is of the AFM in my FX16. If...

Re: Feeler 7A block
Compression with a stock head gasket, 1.2mm, is right around 11.5-1, Without doing the math, a .5mm gasket would probably work out to 12+ -1. What I mean by generic is the shop that did the work ordered the parts and they came in a white box I have no real Idea came from. The head is gone though. So...

Re: jdm coil & igniter and map sensor question
I've interchanged so many without any trouble. As far as the MAP sensors, the resistance ramps could be different through range of the vacuum signal Not sure on that, but it's the main consideration for me. Always worth a try, unless you can find the exact specs to make comparison. I'd like to find ...

Re: fx16gts swap into an aw11
My FX has the engine from an MR2 in it! Bolted right up. The only possible difference would be the exhaust manifold. Your axles in the FX will be keepers as they are the same for the MR2. The ECUs are interchangeable. All the sensors are interchangeable. The trans won't go switch over without mods t...
