Re: Anyone familiar with a 4AC?!?
I'm reviving this! Any luck on the issue at hand? I just bought a 86 SR5 with a 4AC and cylinder number 1 is not firing. I can put a timing light on it and the light flashes, I swapped plugs and the problem still occurs only on cylinder number 1. I have not checked compression yet which I will do T...

Not to tread on your decision, but personally I would have kept that Corolla, if possible, to the day that I die.

Re: Join Date/Post Count?
Fair enough! these things happen. There's a gap in my knowledge because I sold my car to a friend, bought it back and shipped it down to where I had moved, then immediately ended up getting a job across the country a few months later and had to sell it a second time. no AE86, no forums. womp womp. ...

Re: 5zigen header
FYI the vast majority of Japanese market rwd 4age manifolds won't fit a left hand drive vehicle. Lhd models have a steering rack in the way that rhd models don't have to deal with. If the manufacturer doesn't specify that it will fit lhd assume it won't. That's helpful to know. @ultradx: Do you rea...

Re: Appraise My Wheels Please? Enkei 92 15x10 -14 & -24
I think you will find a wide range of appraisals, and it will greatly depend on the appraiser's age. Why? Well, most of the older cats remember Enkei 92's as junkyard wheels. They were not sought after. However, a year or two ago, they became very popular when mesh wheels became the hype with the H...

Checked again and the header is for the same side as a US 4AG.

Re: Join Date/Post Count?
From what I know (I joined after the new website was up), the old C4AG crashed in May 2012 (Right?) and a new website had to be made.
Not super specific, but I had to kinda piece it together over a year or so.

Re: 5zigen header
It should fit as the 5zigen website says that it is for the AE86 and that is for the 4AGE. This means that it can only be 16v and that it should fit all 4AGE Corollas.
Someone, correct me if I am wrong, but I think that you should just go ahead and get the headers.

Re: 5zigen header
Depends on what trim level you have. Do you have a GT-S or SR-5?
Second, what model is the header for?
Come back and tell a little bit more about what you have and what you're looking at.

If it doesn't remove much weight from the car, I personally would just leave it alone. Just my $0.02.

Re: FS/FT: *MINT* ALL ORIGINAL AW11 MR2 5 SPEED $5500 BEST O
When asking $5500 for an AW11, first have a clear photos detailing everything, and second list the actual mileage. There are other question marks. I deduce the year is 87-88 because T-top, interior, tail lights, and non-LED spoiler brake light. The fact that it needed an engine replaced does not bo...

This could either be really good or you'll be stuck for a while when the person decides to keep their car or Initial D tax it.
Well, you might be able to get a good, running SR5 for that price. I don't know.
Best of luck!

I think that I liked the old brown better. Had more patina. The new orange is really nice, though.
