Hey yasu, I've just used the appropriate inner diameter sized transmission oil cooler lines. Pretty cheap at auto parts stores. I've had to replace mine before in the past.

rebuilding a LSD is fairly simple if you already have the lsd out and bare. i highly recommend using the Weir Performance MaxGrip kit as the clutch discs are larger then the OEM clutch disc of a OEM rebuild kit. i've had the maxgrip kit in my rear end for the last 2 years, seen about 5 track days, a...

lsd axles will fit into open differentials. non-lsd axles will not fit correctly into OEM LSD and TRD LSD without shortening the axle.

The boots are fairly inexpensive. I use the ones off of the aw11, they fit perfectly.

is the watts link a custom 1-off fabrication or is there a production run? i'm sure alot of guys would be interested in the watts link. i know i am.

I've seen people grind off the logos and bumps to help with rim clearance.

It sounds like your synchros for down shifting are jacked up. Saying how you have to rev match to downshift. Don't waste your fluid. You might need to find another transmission.

145 HP was the aw11 GZE, i believe this should be 165hp.
