There is enough room to remove the bolts and rear water neck while installed in a AE86 engine bay , its even more simple if there is no egr pipe, regardless you be able to remove it .

Always run a the rear coolant piping in stock formation with heater or without heater. The rear cyc. #4 will get too hot and will over heat speacially for track use and if you lower temps with a lower thermostat having piping to the back of the wayerpump will allow the t-stat to fully open faster. You can make and run your own hard lines ,, its simple just
Gotta do it right so no leaks , theres diy on youtube how to make and flare the lines or you can cut and replace just that section with rubber fuel lines and two clamps

Lol Watanabes Always been this much $$$$ they never went down nor up. Specially 15x9's or 15x10's thats like prime sizes for ae86.
Every time you buy wats there is a long wait cause they are made to order + taxes + fees+ shipping so yes this is a good deal for these sizes. Gotta pay to play

Jondee is 100% correct if the inlet and outlet for oil cooler are facing down , it is installed incorrect and you will have trapped air in the cooler and you will not get the max cooling from your oil cooler.
It is best to have it in either facing up or side
