No harder than doing most other seats since they both mount to a relatively flat floor and aren't excessively electric, and also, do not have occupancy triggers like modern cars. :)

Remove the SW20 seat rail with grinder and hack saw, then custom make new rail tabs end weld it to fit the AE86. The two generations of cars are rather apart and style will be sort of strange though, especially to a Toyota aficionado who can tell instantly where the seats came from and is a mismatch...

It's behind the glove box... It should say Circuit Opening Relay.
