Re: 4age engine parts for sale

Hi,

Does this have the 42mm Crankshaft?

If so, how much plus shipping for the crankshaft to the UK?

If you don't want to split it, I understand

Best regards,

Wouldn't be the correct size either.

But thank you for the reply either-way.

I asked this question for my 81.5mm pistons and was told to get a HG with 82mm bore.

I'm still running 8.5mm / 9.0mm cams on stock OEM springs However have recently learnt I bent 8 intake valves when the belt snapped . How many miles?? if it was before 30,000, then it MIGHT be because you were so close to spring bind that it added extra stress to the belt.... not saying that is why...

Dastek Unichip Type A

Hi all, I bought this last month with a view to rolling road tune the chip but as I am having to replace 8 inlet valves, I need to raise the cash. It will require mapping to your ECU (have checked it is compatible to my aw11 ecu, so i'm assuming other 4AGE ECUs will be fine as well. £110 O.N.O plus ...

I am running 8.5/9.0 on mine.

Didn't have any issues for 1300 miles until the cambelt snapped which wasn't camshaft related.

Big white loom connector

My main white plug that is located near the battery tray in the engine bay is damaged causing a few very annoying electrical issues. Mainly affecting the alternator and earth.

How can I replace this? I know it's connected to the fuse box but when does this part stop after the bulkhead inside the car?

I may have a bluetop engine harness in my garage. From memory I was sent one by mistake, with the owner thinking it was a red top.

Unfortunately I am in the UK so postage will be heavy.

But can check for you anyway if you like?

I find it hard to believe the gauge was working, then all of a sudden it's not because I rebuilt the engine.

I had been suffering from electrical issues as well, so a grounding problem may not help things.

Janspeed don't make one for the AW11

Haven't heard of Ashley for it either.

Best bet is a custom made and it'll probably cost less than trying to import one.

There is nothing in the UK in terms of manifolds for the MR2 or Corolla.

There are a few companies who will make you a manifold.
