HG bore diameter

I am struggling to find a 81.5mm bore head gasket 0.03 to 0.04" thick

My new Pistons are going to be 81.5mm

I've found 83mm to before obtainable, would this be an issue? Or can I use a 20v head gasket as they are obtainable in 82mm for my desired thickness.

Cheers

Hi,

I've read somewhere that the injectors from a prelude mk1/mk2 @ 235cc can work with the 4AGE?

Smallport Inlet Manifold

Hi Guys, I now have a smallport cylinder head c/w big port adaptor plate. I am trying to source a fuel rail, but struggling tbh, but they are around, just got to stay patient. I am however not finding a smallport inlet manifold. Are there any other manifolds that fit the smallport head? The 4AFE loo...

I'm now going to install a small port cylinder head to mix things up even more.

Will obviously use a small port fuel rail and even trying to get a hold of an inlet manifold.

I've found a smallport head and I am looking to buy it.

What differences i.e. components will I need if I swap it over?

Fuel rail?
Water pump?
Cooling pipes?
Anything else?

I've matched my Fidanza flywheel on my AW11 with a Corolla T-sport clutch - fits the same. May be lighter than stock AW11 clutch kit but who knows. It offers an alternative anyway.

That's odd because another thread on here shows the piston dome volumes in a table and that comes out as 2.1cc - i'm guessing it's not right?

I've found some 10.3:1 pistons in the US from a Geo Prizm for $154 - not OEM obviously but seems very cheap.
