I just used an aftermarket fog light harness. They're about $15. You can get an OEM style fog light switch for about $30 on ebay.

It wasn't easy to removed, but I managed to save it. It's dirtied it up from removing it .
I'll try and give it a cleaning before shipping.

you should have a gas cap that releases negative pressure. oem should be fine.

if there are not any exposed bolts/screws. it may be a snap together piece.
top half may snap into the bottom half. You might have to pry it open with a plastic flat head.
