no argument... BUT the 16V 4AGE is far more sorted then... say a 20V 4AGE. The 16V is easier to determine because if it. Oh, absolutely. A lot more development in the 16v. Much easier to predict. Especially when you're close to someone who's probably got more man hours into development for it than ...

A communal open letter to the previous owners of our AE86s
Dear PO, Thank you for installing the transmission drain and fill plugs so tight as to be nearly impossible to remove. Were you trying for a Gordian knot of some kind, or should I ask Eurystheus for a favor ? I don't think that installing the engine to transmission bolts finger tight quite compensat...

What about testing both? Or make up the difference with velocity stack length?

That torque peak is affected by intake harmonics, which will be very different here. How long is an OEM bigport intake runner? How abo...

For instance: I am lucky enough to live 40 minutes from my local autocross. It's not difficult for me to get there on a hard su...

S2000 gauge cluster, connectors, and pins IL $300
This cluster uniquely comes with the necessary connectors and PINS rather than pigtails. This means you can crimp your connections rather than splicing them. This cluster says it has 95k miles on it, and is an AP1 9k RPM cluster. Perfect for your project. I'm willing to ship and am open to offers an...

I'm still very interested. Do you have a tune to run it for a 20v? What would it take to install a 76 pin connector (i.e. new case, resolder, etc.)? I already spent some coin on a tweak 20v harness so I'd like to use that. How are you planning on running your ignition? At this point it may be bette...

Re: assembled and running DIYAutotune DIYPNP for 4AG $450
Unless my tired eyes and cracked phone screen are deceiving, it looks like a yellow 42 pin connector for a 16v? Yes. It is for a 16v big port. It could be used to run a 20v if you did some connector swapping on the engine end. This would let you keep most of the original 16v harness. That was actua...

They flowed the intake side only....... once they found it wasn't substantially better they lost interest. You have to realize... they are getting enough air flow in and out of their heads that a 77 mm stroke 4AG is planting almost 280hp  They've got a lot of development into the 16v engines...

Good work, I think Jeff did something similar quiet some time back. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk I did intakes, but I intend on doing exhausts some time this summer, maybe even next week. There's a drastic difference between blacktop and silvertop exhaust ports. I can also cast a smallport e...
