Re: Garage Star vs T3 Baby Daddy brake kits

Well, I got an unexpected bonus from work so I pulled the plug on the T3 baby daddy kit! I also got a Cusco front sway bar so hopefully that stabilizes the rear end a little more I have the T3 kit on my car & love it. Can brake very late / hard, never have any fading issues etc... Highly recomme...

Re: Garage Star vs T3 Baby Daddy brake kits

LOL I know, the name is kind of odd. In context with their product lineup it makes sense since the bigger version is called the "Big Daddy", but then again the phrase "Baby Daddy" on its own ..... Yeah, I figured these kits would be kind of overkill, but then again T3's 20% black...

Garage Star vs T3 Baby Daddy brake kits

So, I took my AE86 to my first track day ever and absolutely destroyed my pads after the first 20 minute session. I ended up snapping a bleeder valve on one caliper too towards the end of the day. With that being said, I'm looking to upgrade my brakes. I've had my eyes on both the Garage Star StopTe...

Re: "Kentucky AE86: A Levin Story"

I attended my first ever track day yesterday! And let me tell ya, that was seriously the most fun I've ever had with a car in my entire life. It was at the NCM Motorsports Park in Bowling Green KY and their Grand Full course. It was so cool to be able to go full throttle around a legitimate race tra...

Just their standard "Gunmetal Gray" color. I love it because it has a little bronze tint in the sunlight.

Re: What's your other car?

How does it drive? The tC always seemed like a pretty good platform variation. I liked the look. I don't know what people were expecting for the price. Granted, I don't think Toyota realized that millenials were probably not gonna be able to afford even a $17k car at the time, so it could have been...

The design definitely looks familiar, but the exact model doesn't ring a bell. Although given how old they look, I'd say they're original.
There has to be some kind of marking on the back that tells the info.

Re: Speeduino? Arduino powered ECU?

You have a couple of options to get that square wave signal. Easiest would be to go to the junkyard and pick a crank sensor off a 90s ford equipped with EDIS. Then you would need a trigger wheel, i used the one from T3 cause it bolts right on to their crank pulley. Make sure you use shielded wiring...
