I had a real trd header on when i bought my car. Unfortunately I didn't know it was real. When I had a new exhaust made I cut the flange off the header and welded the exhaust right onto it like an idiot.

Remember you can't use thread lock on the adjustable part. You can't align it later. That being said I can't see how it will hurt.

t50 wasnt designed for that kind of power, it barely handles a modded 20valve... w58 will hold up. stock rear end wont hold up either fyi

glad you figured it out. another way to check is just using a voltmeter on the battery itself to see how much voltage was being put out. my corolla would do the same it would light up the ebrake light and battery light when the alternator went bad. its normal
