Re: Rear 4-links and panhard bar lengths?

Heim joints are great. They aren't that much harsher than than poly or Delrin bushings. I dont know if I spelled Heim right.

Re: Rear 4-links and panhard bar lengths?

With adjustable links you can change pinion angle which is very important when lowering or lifting a vehicle with a live axle

Re: cam questions

You should always change the springs with a new cam. metal fatigues over time and the difference in lift could cause failure. You can use stock new springs and you will be good.

I was wondering if anyone had done an F20/22 swap and still kept AC in the car. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Re: tires rubbing

It only rubs when I am turning or braking or have people in the car. When it rubs on a tuen the car will suddenly want to go straight. Its not rubbing the shocks or struts. I checked clearance when I installed the wheels and tires

tires rubbing

I am at stock height with 15x8 0 offset wheels with 205/40/15 tires. I have no idea where it's rubbing because it just started but this is a bit crazy.

I can get a number of LSDs including quaife and Tomei T-trax Quaife is making them again? When I talked to them a few years back they wanted a minimum order of 10. How much? Might set up a rear end for high speed tracks so I can have the gear ratios dialed in on Cal Speedway / Big Willow. the reaso...

For a small bump in power flip the air filter lid. It lets a little bit more air in and will slightly help gas mileage

It's not an MR2 but it's the same engine. i wouldnt say its a total waste, you could run low bost with meth injection and thats better than no boost. But its very inefficient.

A buddy of mine had an MR2 and it made more power with the stock blower and a tune than with a built engine and HKS blower. Go turbo, more bang for the buck.

Hp doesn't break things, torque does. However, slapping the gears around will wear it out faster.

has anyone done this? I built on for my first Mustang out of a piece of sheetmetal, some adjustable struts a long hinge and was wondering if anyone had done this on an ae86 coupe.

Re: OEM radiator with 20v?

Thanks for the input so far everyone. Alright, so i'll plan on using the new OEM radiator and probably hit up a salvage yard for a dual fan shroud and see that goes. And If I want to play it safe, get a universal transmission cooler kit. Do you think my Transmission will really get all that hot tho...

Re: OEM radiator with 20v?

the only issue I see is the factory radiator has a built in trans cooler. with more power the trans will run hotter than with the 4ac and that might cause an issue. but with how easy it is to install a trans cooler it would be easy to solve.

4age head will fit on that block attached to an automatic tranny. A series engines fit all the same trannies. Even though the automatics have the starter on the driver side? Yep ok. No. That's why you check before installing things. If the middle bar was removable it wouldnt be as stiff.
