Yes the timing does advance with revs.

Its a 1993 model AE101-ACMXR and if it was the cas, would i of still been able to set the ign timing? Its showing 10 degrees before tdc with jumper wire in. Its able to idle at the moment but any throttle kills it and cant go above about 3000 rpm. It sounds like the timing is out but i know the belt...

Its a map sensored one, and ive tested all vac and intake connections/lines and i cant find any leaks, i think i have a spare cor somewhere so ill try that tonight.
