How mush for the seats

I want gain more HP/torque. If I envest on some aftermarket pistons, valve spring,cam, camshafts ,rods,bord the block ,port n polish the head n chip the ecu will the gain of the Performanse be worth the investment Or should I go turbo I have a ct26 or ct something lol turbine laying around my garage...
