Re: 212mm Clutch and Flywheel on a C52
Hey everyone I am new to this club. I was wandering if there a repair manual specifically for the 89 corolla gts/ ae92? Just to clarify I am assuming my car is a large port with 7 rib or is it a small port. I am planning to rebuild it. The repair manual is the same with ae86 in the most of cases , ...

Re: Questions on this ae92 4age
hello thats the parts needed for turbo the 4age 16v?what about ecu ?can be done with oem ecu? You could easily hit 150+ WHP turbo on the stock ECU. Much more than that and you will probably want to move to proper engine management. http://www.matrixgarage.com/content/yoshimitsuspeeds-guide-turboing...

Re: Questions on this ae92 4age
You would need the following : Turbo manifold turbo oil lines downpipe intercooler intercooler piping blow off valve That's about it. Now as to how much it costs will depend on the parts you choose, new used etc. Finally you will need some form of fuel management. For a low boost you can suffice wi...

i have an ae92 corolla hatch. It is the 2nd tvis version european specs with 10.1 pistons and rebuilded with shaved head about 3/10 of a milimeter (if i am writing it right) These cams can play on my setup? The poncams should work great with your motor. If you have a non O2 ECU I don't know for sure...

thank you s24a! i have not a flowmeter, i have map sensor based system (the oem one).So whatever i set at the co value as the load increases the ecu will use some different map and in case is wrong ,it will try to "correct" it. Now i am thinking tommorow to change the advance from 10 to 12...

the later models or the 4afe had an extra vacuum valve for the power steering wheel. When you turn the power steering the valve opens and idle rises.

the job of this valve is to raise the idle about 200 rpms when a) you press the brake pedal b) when you turn on the lights c) when you turn on the blower d) when radiator fan opens. Sorry if i forgot something!

i want to apologize about the wrong information i gave some days ago.The pressure plate of my 16v and the clutch disc that was finally 200mm does not fit the 20v flywheel. So i bought a new 20v clutch set for fitting..Tommorow i will send the presure plate and the flywheel for balancing.
