I just swapped the engine from an 87 mr2 into my 87 AE86, I just figured out that I can get it to run without the afm. Im looking for a working afm on the cheap.

I put the 4age in in place of a 4ac, I have the fuel pump on its own switch in the car. I can get the start injector spraying to initially start it, but then the other injectors will not take over, is this just because I dont have the afm in? The injectors have power, te ecu just isnt switching the ...

I used the water pump from the 87 mr2 I got my engine from in my ae86, but there was a hook up in the wiring for a electric fan, so I'm now running a modified electric fan from a 2000 corolla

Is there a way to jump some of those to trick the ecu to thinking the afm is there? Just as a test propose to see if I can get my main to fire
