4age oversized valves replacement
Is there any OEM oversized valves from other engines that fits 16v and 20v? I know some trucks can use 16v springs and valve seals.

Re: 4AGZE CAS rebuild kit
All the parts should be available from industrial bearing and seal suppliers. You just need to give them the details... maybe take the CAS in with you so the sshop can measure the O-ring grooves to make sure you get the correct size. The O-rings become distorted after a few thousand heat cycles :) ...

Re: Engine start problem
There is no crank angle sensor on any variation of 4AGE. The factory service manual has the test procedure for the IAT sensor. The ECU uses the IAT temp reading to adjust the fuel mixture, so if it is not reading the same temp as the air entering the throttles, the engine isn't going to run correct...

Engine start problem
I'm not sure if anyone has this problem. Bone stock 20v Blacktop. Cold morning start easy like a charm. But when its warmed up, it needs to be cranked 1-2 seconds before it starts. Other than that, engine runs well. I have tried changing 255lph fuel pump but didn't solve it. Anyone can share some ad...

Re: 4agze crank pulley
If the GZE crank pulley is being used on a NA 4A or 7A engine, there will be two minor downsides... 1. The accessories being driven off the larger ring will run a bit faster than they would have done with a 4A or 7A pulley, and 2. The GZE pulley will have slightly more rotational inertia than a 4A ...
