this is a full time race car, looking for who has race pads for Corolla besides Hawk

Been using Hawk blue 9012 racing pads on the front and black on the rear of my race Corolla for yrs and it seems that they don't last as long as they used to. the pad material pulls away from the backing plate. Who else makes a racing pad for the AE86?

my first question is why, how low does this hang down. is oil starve really a prob for the 4ag, first time I go over a rumble strip on the race track that's going to be crushed back to oem size?

had the same prob and I'm using air/oil seperator instead of PVC, and it was a lot of pressure ended up re-routing crankcase vent tube from tvis plenum to black plastic intake tube in front of throttle body

what we did was move the vacuum line from the intake plenum to the intake in front of the throttle body (reducing the amount of vaccum) and it stopped squeaking

dont believe there ever was one on exhaust side, intake side has moroso oil/air seperator between intake plenum and valve cover as a PVC replacement, I'll get some pics up

got a squeak up by dizzy and valve cover near front of engine like cam bearing or maybe dizzy used rebiult AE86 dizzy on new rebuilt 88 MR2 motor put 87 GTS coupe thought is was water pump noise at first but still there after fan belt removed

what about rear caliper brackets for AE86 GTS?

found it, my buddy helping he removed a resistor he thought we didn't need, it's back on and it runs great, thanks

new rebuild in 87 GTS, stock TVIS, will turn over, run for about 2 seconds then quit, turn it over again and it will not even pop, plenty of spark fuel pressure good, can't think of what else to check

got 87 GTS there 1 plug and 2 wires one blue, one yellow can't rememeber if both ofn the wires go on the terminal or just blue, or just other than the plug are there 2 yellow other than the plug, is there 2 wires connected to altenator
